Jax's Crown Town Grill is the place for good old fashioned American as well as Polish favorites. 
In February of 2020, the Kucharski Family, owners of Pierogi Square purchased a Crown Point favorite Crown Town Grill and rebranded to name it after their son Jaxon. At 8 years old, Jaxon has taken a strong interest in the cooking game with his own creations as well as his love for Gordon Ramsay.

Jerry, Anne, Jerome and Katie have been cooking and learning since we all knew how to walk. The origin of our last name comes from the Polish word Kuch meaning Cook. It's in our blood!! :)

 

With over 50 combined years in restaurant and home cooked meal experience, you can be sure your meal will be made with love and by hand. All of our Polish dishes are handed down recipes from family. Our pierogi list includes 6 flavors on the menu at all times and a list of over 60 flavors you can special order from.

Longtime family friend Amanda Nelson has been a staple in helping create many of our unique recipes as well as spend many long hours hand rolling the majority of all of our pierogi.

With over 30 years of residency and 5 plus years of business ownership in Crown Point, we love our community and are excited to have expanded our restaurant and have a location on the beautiful historic square. 

 

With the expansion and upgrades to the original Crown Town Grill, we are excited to be offering a unique dining setting with our new "drive-in" styled back room.  Guests can an enjoy an outdoor-themed dine-in/drive-in style experience. 

We are always working to add upgrades to the restaurant via our menu and design to make a more exciting and fun atmosphere for all of Crown Point and Northwest Indiana!
